Yes. Add Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter) as domains on the same list. There is no separate extension for each network. Any other site can be added the same way.
Does it work on mobile?
No. Distractless is a Chrome extension for desktop Google Chrome only.
Is this the same list as YouTube and Reddit?

How is this different from a hard social media blocker?
A hard blocker removes the choice. Distractless shows a pause first, so you can continue for a span you pick or go back.
