Using Distractless
Distractless helps you pause before selected websites and notice how you spend time online. By installing or continuing to use the extension, you agree to these terms.
Free trial and lifetime access
New installs include a 14-day trial with full access to pause and block features. After the trial, a one-time lifetime purchase is required to keep using those features. Your blocked list and local stats remain on your device unless you remove the extension or clear extension data.
Billing
Paid access is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD (lifetime unlock for this install) processed by Stripe. You enter payment details on Stripe’s secure checkout page; Distractless does not store your card number. We keep only the paid-status needed to unlock features after payment. There is no recurring subscription and nothing renews automatically.
License scope
Lifetime access is tied to this browser install of Distractless (a local install identifier). If you remove the extension, clear extension data, or use another Chrome profile or computer, you may need a new purchase or help restoring access. Contact [email protected] with your Stripe receipt email if something goes wrong after payment.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within a reasonable time. We handle refunds manually through Stripe when appropriate or when required by applicable law.
Your responsibility
You choose which sites to block. Distractless is a mindfulness tool, not parental control or a guarantee that you will avoid specific content. You are responsible for how you use the extension and for complying with laws that apply to you.
Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect people who paid for lifetime access.

Distractless is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the extension.
